Hoopla is an online collection of eBooks, audiobooks, comics, movies, and music. Users can check out 8-10 copies a month. There are no holds. All books, movies, and albums in their catalog are available at all times. Hoopla is available with a Boston Public Library eCard or a Shrewsbury Public Library Card. An app is available (available in self service).
Boston Public Library offers eCards to all residents of Massachusetts. You can get or renew your BPL eCard here.
Residents of Shrewsbury can also get a Shrewsbury Public Library Card. In light of recent closures, the Shrewsbury Public Library now allows you to request a library card online or over the phone.
